STATEMENT of the Rector of Tashkent University of Humanities, Sabirov Qaxramon Bektursunovich, on the Visit to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University

✅ “Within the framework of our official visit to the Republic of Türkiye, meetings with the leadership of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf Üniversitesi have opened a new chapter in our cooperation.

✅ Following the negotiations, we were introduced to the university’s rich historical heritage and modern potential.

✅ Historical continuity: Founded in 1471 by Fatih Sultan Mehmet, this 555-year-old institution impressed us deeply. Education in campuses such as Üsküdar, Haliç and Topkapı represents harmony of history and modern pedagogy.

✅ Strategic cooperation: The signed MoU provides global opportunities.

✅ Academic staff will benefit from programs like Erasmus+ and training at Ayasofya Medresesi.

✅ Innovation: Agreements were reached on joint projects and conferences.

✅ This partnership will strengthen the global standing of Toshkent Gumanitar Fanlar Universiteti.
